Sometimes bigger really is better - especially when it comes to
eyelashes! Here, we reveal how to get volume lashes by adding just a
few simple tricks to your eye make-up routine.

Although it might look scary, an eyelash curler is one of the best
tools to achieve added flutter. Simply open, clamp down at the base
of lashes and gently drag to the tips for a wonderful natural curl.

Learn how to apply mascara to get the look that
you want. Try scraping off excess from the wand
before you use it, starting at the base of each
lash, and layering up coats of mascara for a striking,
lump-free effect. In the end it's all about finding what
works best for you and your lashes.

One of the best ways to avoid clumping after mascara application
is to use a lash comb. Position yourself looking down into a mirror
and after each coat of mascara, comb through your lashes upwards
and away from the eye.

Choose a dark liquid eyeliner and trace along the top
lash line to create the illusion of length, extending the
line at the outer corner of the eye for an extra flourish.
Alternatively, put a little dark eyeshadow onto a
eyeshadow brush and push in to the roots of your
lashes, finishing the look by applying a tiny bit of mascara
on your eyelash comb before use.
