Line Softener

First apply the line (either on the eyes or the lips), then softly stroke it with the Line Softener so that it smudges.

One of my favourite ways of using the softener and at the same time, creating a dramatic eye make-over effect is to apply and blend Eye Colour as normal, then take a Liquid Eyeliner and draw a fine line along the lash line.
