For Skin Softening: After taking a shower or bath apply the oil directly to dry skin. For Bathing: Add a few drops to the bath for a skin boost. For Massage: Warm on palm of your hands and apply directly to skin. As Pre-Shampoo Treatment: Warm the product in your hands and apply to the ends of damp hair or apply directly to the scalp for moisturisation. The oil can be left on for just a few minutes or overnight.
