Wet the sponge and pour a small amount of facial wash onto it. Rub over the face in circular movements.
Use two to three times a week for maximum effect. Regular exfoliating and massaging can help tone and firm the skin. For extra exfoliation, use with a The Body Shop Skin Care facial polisher that is suitable for your skin type.
