Rub the brush over the body in circular movements.
Use two to three times a week for maximum effect. Regular exfoliating and massaging can help tone and firm the skin. For extra exfoliation, use with one of The Body Shop Bath & Body Scrubs. When dry, moisturise with a Body Butter, Body Lotion or Dry Oil Mist.
