What is Love Your Body™?
Love Your Body™ is our unique members club that rewards you with discounts, free gifts and perks and privileges only club membership brings.
For an annual membership fee of £5, you will receive the following benefits:

- A birthday gift*, to the value £5. Simply come in-store during your birthday month to collect
- A free product, to the value £5, on your 4th stamp* (available on in-store purchases only)
- A free product, to the value £10, on your 8th stamp* (available on in-store purchases only)

- News of product launches and updates on what's happening in our stores and online

Love Your Body™ Loyalty Card is non-transferable. Membership fee covers the service (membership with all benefits) whereas the Loyalty Card itself is given free of charge. The membership fee is not refundable unless you have purchased the Loyalty Card at The Body Shop Online Store, in which case you may cancel the order, return the Loyalty Card and receive a refund pursuant to our Terms & Conditions of Sale (applicable on sales through The Body Shop Online Store), provided you have not yet made any use of the Loyalty card and have not received any of the membership benefits (such as discounts, free gifts etc).
1 - Membership entitles you to 10% off all products purchased in-store or online for 12 months from the date of purchase of card unless otherwise stated. The 10% membership discount does not apply to purchases of gift cards/vouchers, campaign/charity products or Love Your Body™ membership cards. Card discount is not available in conjunction with other in-store or online promotions unless otherwise stated.
2 - Love Your Body™ membership entitles you to receive a free birthday gift with an RRP of up to £5 which must be claimed in-store with your birthday gift voucher and valid Love Your Body™ membership card during your birthday month. At the beginning of your birthday month, you will receive an email that includes your birthday gift voucher. If your birthday is in the month that you register as a Love Your Body™ member, you will receive an email which includes your birthday gift voucher.
3 & 4 - You will receive a stamp for each in-store purchase in a single transaction with a total price of £10 or more after your 10% discount is applied (a Qualifying Stamp). One stamp only per in-store visit. You will receive a free gift with RRP of £5 when you obtain your 4th stamp and a further free gift with RRP of up to £10 when you obtain your 8th stamp. Qualifying purchases can only be made and gifts can only be claimed in-store. Member must redeem their reward gifts on the day they receive their qualifying stamp.
Your Love Your Body
™ card may be used on your first purchase. Card must be presented at time of purchase or membership number registered online. Card is not a bank card or a credit card. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless valid membership is proven. Love Your Body
™ members must be aged 16 or older. Goods purchased with the card discount are for personal consumption only and are not to be resold or further commercialised. The Body Shop reserves the right to reject any Love Your Body
™ application for any reason, or to cancel a Love Your Body
™ card, refunding the member pro rata for the remainder of the membership term where The Body Shop in its sole discretion considers that the card has been misused. Card only valid at participating UK stores, a list of which can be found at
