Where can I use my Love Your Body™ membership?
Love Your Body™ membership can be used online and at any participating store. We regret it is not accepted in The Body Shop At Home at this time.
If I buy a Love Your Body™ card today, will I receive my discount straight away?
If you buy a Love Your Body™ card online today, you will immediately enjoy your discount. We will update your account to ensure that you'll automatically receive your 10% discount on all future purchases whilst membership is valid. Discount not available on Love Your Body™ membership and Gift Card purchases.
You will receive your membership card in the post, free of charge. This will arrive in a separate package from your product order.
How do I get my discount?
Registered Users:
1. If you are already registered at thebodyshop.co.uk with a username and password, visit "My Account".
2. Add your new Love Your Body™ card number in the field under the "Edit Profile" heading.
3. Once you've added your Love Your Body™ membership number you won't have to enter your card number again. We will automatically apply your membership discount from this point.
Non-Registered Users:
1. If you are not registered at thebodyshop.co.uk, please register.
2. Add your new Love Your Body™ card number in the appropriate field, under the "Account Details" heading.
3. Once you've added your Love Your Body™ membership number, you won't have to enter your card number again. We will automatically apply your membership discount from this point.
How do I collect the stamps?
Stamps and free gifts are only available in stores, not online. In store, a stamp is given for each qualifying purchase (i.e. is over £10 after Love Your Body™ discount). Only 1 stamp is given per transaction / visit. However, any purchase on our website does not, at this time, count as a qualifying purchase for a stamp. We are working to introduce this in the future.
How do I update my details?
If you are registered online, you can access your profile page and amend your details here.
If you are not registered online, contact us to change your details.
