When emailing us, please include as much information as possible including any relevant page addresses (urls) and any screenshots that may help us diagnose any problems. To send a screenshot press the "print screen" button located towards the top right of the keyboard, this will take a picture of the screen you are looking at. Open up a new email and, within the email body, paste the screenshot (Ctrl + V) and send it to the email address listed above.
